The resins are specially designed, co-extruded, multilayer films for food packaging. Multilayer co-extrusion is an environmentally friendly technology for composite production. We use resins of different properties to manufacture multi-functional composite films via a coextruded, blown film process. These high barrier films are puncture-resistant. They meet the sanitary standards for pasteurization, steaming, and microwave sterilization. Banzan uses modified LLDPE for our adhesive resins, which are safe for humans and the environment.
The main applications of these resins are high-barrier food packaging, steam cooking pouches, milk bags, etc.
